Meet Our Team
Burgandie is the Executive Director for OUR HOUSE Greif Support Center Orange County. The OUR HOUSE mission is to provide the community with grief support services, education, resources, and hope. Since 1993 OUR HOUSE has helped thousands of grieving children, teens, and adults as they embark upon their journeys to hope and healing.
Burgandie is an accomplished performance driven nonprofit executive with over 20 years’ experience and exceptional visionary leadership. She has a passion for the grief community and the OUR HOUSE mission. Burgandie has made a significant impact dedicating her career to the communities served and teams led. She expressed her excitement for the opportunity to take the helm and valiantly lead OUR HOUSE Grief Support Center Orange County as the chief executive. She stated, “It is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to inspire vision & create a legacy; providing the grief resources our communities critically need. I am committed to elevating our mission and expanding resources throughout our communities. Together, we will Share Grief and Find Hope.”
Burgandie is responsible for the overall agency direction and directing all aspects of the organization. She is currently building the agency’s Board of Directors & infrastructure, strengthening and expanding partnerships, and providing strategic leadership, vision and management for the organization.
Megan is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has spent nearly a decade working with youth and families impacted by grief and loss, serious illness, addiction, and behavioral challenges in residential, school, and home settings. Megan became involved in Camp Erin as a volunteer during her graduate studies and fell in love with the mission behind the camp program. She has volunteered in a variety of roles and has also been the Camp Director for both Camp Erin San Diego as well as Camp Erin Orange County. Megan is excited and dedicated to creating additional programing in the OC area to support grieving youth and families.
Melissa Fisher Goldman, LCSW
Melissa Fisher Goldman, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been working as a social worker since 2004 and providing private psychotherapy since 2012. Her primary work as a social worker has been in Hospice Care with an expertise in end-of-life care as well as bereavement and grief and loss counseling. Melissa has been involved with the Camp Erin organization since 2013 and was involved in the creation of Our House Grief Support Center Orange County. Melissa has a passion for providing grief support to all who need it and is so proud to be a part of Our House.
